Description:

The "rock-afire explosion" animatronic head (Servo) is an experimental endoskeleton project replicating the style of classic Rock-afire Explosion characters. It is constructed as a head-only unit with no neck assembly, designed primarily for testing synchronized servo-based facial movement.

Construction:

• Material: metal frame (aluminum/steel skeleton)

• Servos (MG90S):
  
  

  • Jaw: 1× MG90S — opens and closes the lower jaw
    
    

  • Eyes (paired): 1× MG90S — controls synchronized side-to-side movement of both eyes
    
    

  • Eyelids (paired): 1× MG90S — controls simultaneous open/close motion of both eyelids
    
    

• Controller: ESP32 microcontroller (direct servo control)

Operational Notes:
